This new construction building creates a vibrant mixed income and multi-generational community, acting as a link between two existing senior housing centers.
As Project and Project Team Manager for this mixed-use residential project, I supervised junior architects, and collaborated with interior designers and landscape architects. It was my sole responsibility to perform zoning and building code analysis, as well as ensure FHA and accessibility compliance. I coordinated parallel-produced design presentations with Building Department required documentation packages. I provided architectural design solutions for interior spaces and 3D visualization where required.
