This workforce housing project blends amenity space with commercial restaurant space at the ground level, connecting residents to community.
As Project Architect, I managed technical and community Design Review Board deliverables in parallel, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. I was responsible for code and ordinance compliance, and detailed glazing requirements at street level on this sloped site.
