Recruited to manage single-family residential projects, including new constructions, interior and exterior renovations, and additions, ranging from under 4,000 sq. ft. to as large as $15M and >16,000 sq. ft. Multiple projects involved homes built in the 1800s, which require special considerations. Produced construction documents for pricing and permitting, prepared designs and drawings, and served as a main point of contact to contractors. Performed AutoCAD drafting and Sketchup modeling. Communicated extensively with clients. Photographed and drafted interior and exterior conditions.

• Saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in contractor costs for the firm by taking on additional work.
