Assisted in the packaging, sorting, curation, and delivery of 1.2 million medically tailored meals annually to 8,000 clients experiencing critical and chronic illnesses, as well as their families. Engaged positively with volunteers to support food packaging operations while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both short-term and long-term participants. Hosted over 20 volunteers each weekday, including both individual participants, school groups and corporate groups from the local community. Executed daily food packaging and sorting across more than 60 specialized medical diets, assembling tailored meal packages—including entrées, soups, salads, desserts, and other items—for delivery to clients.

Recruited to manage single-family residential projects, including new construction, interior and exterior renovations, and additions, ranging from under 4,000 sq. ft. to as large as 16,000 sq. ft. Multiple projects involved homes built in the 1800s, which require special considerations. Produced construction documents for pricing and permitting, prepared designs and drawings, and served as a main point of contact to contractors. Performed AutoCAD drafting and Sketchup modeling.   • Collaborated with company owner on design ideas for a project that expanded from an interior bathroom renovation to 2 bathrooms, all lighting in the house, and all mechanical systems. Performed all architectural drafting.
  • Drafted all interior conditions, including custom millwork, for a $15M, 16,522 sq. ft. new construction Third Beach Rhode Island oceanfront home and guest house.   • Facilitated the success of a 4,490 sq. ft. interior and exterior renovation of a Back Bay townhome built in 1883.   • Key point of contact to client, construction manager, consultants and project team for a 9,000+ sq. ft. addition and interior renovation project of an 1870 home in Newton. Project included a 3rd-floor guest room addition, 2nd-floor bedroom expansion, kitchen renovation, and total upgrade of the mechanical, electrical, and communication systems. Oversaw documentation, design presentations, zoning and code research, and compliance. Drafted all permits, construction sets, addenda, and sketches. Attended Newton building department meeting to discuss bay window concept, and submitted the Historic Review Application to the City of Newton Planning Department. Served as the primary client liaison and coordinated all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
